In Turku Cathedral, which is in the very center of the city, there are English services every Sunday at 4 p.m.
Everyone is welcome to the service! The members of the congregation represent a variety of churches and backgrounds. Services usually follow the practices of the Church of England. Once a month we have a Mass of Trust, a mass with Taizé-songs. This service is in both Finnish and English.
Many of the people attending our services are members of the Lutheran Church and some are members of the Anglican church, with which we have a special collaboration under the Porvoo Agreement. Others are members of the churches from their country of origin and thus represent a wide range of diverse churches in different countries. We invite all baptized Christians to Holy Communion.
During the summer there are no services, but they normally resume in August.
The evening service at Michael's church starts at 4 p.m. every other Sunday and is translated into basic English and Persian. The service is held at Puistokatu 16.
