The Turku Cathedral International Congregation is like it's name says an international congregation; formed of people who have moved to Finland from other parts of the world. Some are here in Turku for a shorter period of time and others have moved to Finland permanently and some are Finns with an international background.

All are welcome! Our services are usually Lutheran and once a month Anglican. The members of the congregation represent a variety of other churches, too.

As a congregation we worship together. According to the terms of the Turku and Kaarina Parish Union, however, we are not an administrative parish. This means that it isn't possible to register as a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland through our congregation. If you are interested in joining the Church as a registered member, please contact the pastor (mia.pusa(at)evl.fi).

Many of the people attending our services are members of the Lutheran Church; others are members of the Anglican church, with which we have special collaboration under the Porvoo Agreement; and others are members of the churches where they have come from, and represent a wide range of different churches in different countries.
