The Turku Cathedral International Congregation is formed of people who have moved to Finland from other parts of the world. Some are here in Turku for a shorter period of time and others have moved to Finland permanently.

We are a congregation who gathers together from many different backgrounds to fellowship and to share Christ's body and blood.

According to the terms of the Turku and Kaarina Parish Union, however, we are not an administrative parish. This means that it isn't possible to register as a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland through this congregation. If you are interested in joining the Church as a registered member, please contact the pastor.

Many of the people attending our services are members of the Lutheran Church; others are members of the Anglican church, with which we have special collaboration under the Porvoo Agreement; and other are member of the churches where they have come from, and represent a wide range of different churches in different countries
